Seed SD-01 The Pro One

Purchased a dozen of the 01 & 02 to try against each other to see what works best for me. Loved both on first impression but haven't used them enough yet to pick one over the other. Wear appears to be really good though on both not getting cut up nearly as much as the big names put there.

This ball does everything the big name brands do, surprising to be honest but really happy. I use a yellow ball and the colour is incredible. Will keep this in the bag for sure.

Recently tried Seed2 and now playing Seed1, I've previously played Snell and Vice balls as well. Seed1 is very impressive in durability and i rate it highly in this area. Seed is lower ball flight but i tend to play a lower flight regardless of ball. I've found Seed doesn't spin up and balloon on mishits. Not particularly grabby on the greens. Balls feel firm on my putter face. Ive found them easier to putt with for me. Very honest roll on the greens. Quality balls for a DTC brand.

I’ve seen u- tube reviews of the Seed ball and tbh most reviews are bogus. But, based on claims and price I gave the SD01 a try. Not as spinny as I’d like but cover holds up well, green colour is luminous and lasting and goes great distances. Will certainly use going for whilst the ball remains 2/3 price of the big brands. Overall, excellent.

I have been using the Seed SD-01 ball now for a few months based on reviews.
To my surprise the ball is on par with the well know top end brands eg. PRO V1, TP5, Chrome etc.
It performs consistantly with spin and feel. Short game spin is perfect. It is as long as the forementioned brands.
Bang for buck - Awesome.
For reference - I am 63 yr old with a 6 handicap.
